Thanks for shopping at Caneeli Designs. This site is run by Annie, a one-person handmade furniture and home decor studio. By placing an order or using this site, you're agreeing to the terms below. If you have questions about anything here, just reach out.

Products

Everything in the Caneeli shop is handmade by Annie. Because each piece is made by hand — often from natural materials — you should expect slight variations in color, texture, grain, and dimensions from piece to piece and from product photos. These aren't flaws; they're part of what makes handmade work what it is. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but screens vary and natural materials vary. If you have questions about a specific item before purchasing, feel free to ask.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your payment method at checkout.

All sales are final on custom and made-to-order pieces. For in-stock items, please review the Returns section before purchasing.

Caneeli Designs reserves the right to correct pricing errors. In the rare event that an item was listed at an incorrect price, you'll be notified before any charge is processed or before your order ships.

Shipping

Caneeli ships within the United States only. Orders outside the U.S. cannot be accepted at this time.

Shipping timelines are estimates. In-stock items typically ship within 5–10 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces ship according to the timeline discussed at the time of order. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are out of my hands. Caneeli Designs is not responsible for delays, damage, or losses caused by the shipping carrier.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and reach out — I'll do what I can to help.

Commissions and Custom Orders

Annie accepts a limited number of custom commissions. If you're interested in a custom piece, reach out through the contact page to start the conversation.

Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) before work begins. The remaining balance is due before the piece ships. Timelines vary depending on complexity and current workload — a realistic timeline will always be communicated upfront.

Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded once work has begun.

Returns and Refunds

Custom and made-to-order pieces: All sales are final. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned.

In-stock items: If your item arrives defective or damaged due to a production issue (not carrier damage), contact Annie within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Cases are handled individually — options may include a replacement, repair, or partial refund. Items must be unused.

Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse, incorrect size choices, or color variation within the normal range of handmade work. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All product photos, designs, graphics, and written content on this site belong to Annie / Caneeli Designs. You're welcome to share a link to the shop or a product, but please don't reproduce or repost photos or designs without permission. If you'd like to feature Caneeli's work in a blog or social post, just ask — the answer is usually yes with credit.

Limitation of Liability

Caneeli Designs is a sole proprietorship. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Annie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or this website. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
